Play nicely
You may use Gloop & Go for personal entertainment under the applicable app-store terms and license. Please do not use the game or website unlawfully, interfere with their operation, or redistribute the game’s artwork, music, or other content without permission, except where the law allows it.
Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use and manage purchases and privacy choices. Gloop & Go has no player accounts or player-to-player messaging.
Purchases and advertising
The game may display advertising and offer a one-time No Ads purchase. The store shows the price and currency before you confirm. No Ads removes gameplay banners and completion interstitials; it does not unlock levels, transfer progress, or disable a separately enabled analytics preference.
Payments, approvals, and refund requests are processed through Apple or Google Play. Purchases are associated with the relevant store account and platform; cross-platform ownership is not provided. To restore a purchase, use Settings → Restore Purchases while signed into the original store account. See Support for assistance.
Progress, updates, and availability
Progress is saved locally on your device. Resetting progress, clearing app data, changing devices, or uninstalling can remove it. We do not currently provide account-based cloud saves. Device backups, if available, depend on your operating system.
We may update the game to fix problems, improve features, or meet platform requirements. Availability can depend on your device, region, network, and the app stores. Contact us if an update causes a problem. We do not promise continuous online-service availability.
Your rights and privacy
Nothing on this page excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights related to faulty digital content or refunds under applicable law. Store terms also apply to downloads and purchases.
